  • It starts with a free consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, budget, and timeline to determine if we’re the right fit. From there, we schedule a site visit and develop a proposal tailored to your needs. 
    Note: If you plan to use us for a project but are not ready to get started at the moment, a 50$ deposit fee is required to secure your spot. 

  • We handle everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home renovations, commercial build-outs, flooring, concrete, and general contracting work. No project is too big or too small.

  • All pricing is transparent and based on labor, materials, and scope. You’ll receive a detailed quote — no vague numbers or surprise fees later on.

  • Yes, most major renovations require permits. Monarch handles all necessary paperwork, approvals, and inspections to ensure your project is 100% up to code.

  • Absolutely. We stand behind our work with workmanship warranties, and we’re always available post-project for questions or adjustments.

  • If anything unexpected comes up, you’ll be notified immediately. We don’t move forward without your sign-off — and you’ll see any changes clearly documented before work resumes.
