Step 1: ConsultationWe review your building's renovation needs, assess the scope of work, and align on project goals, timeline, and budget before anything else moves forward.
Step 2: Planning & Team KickoffYou meet your dedicated project manager and receive a clear roadmap covering trade sequencing, scheduling around tenants, and any permit or board approval requirements.
Step 3: Permits & Board ApprovalsWe handle NYC DOB filings and work within co-op and condo alteration agreement requirements, so approvals don't become bottlenecks on your end.
Step 4: Site Prep & Build-OutWe mobilize, coordinate with building staff and tenants, protect common areas, and execute the work with the level of care an occupied building demands.
Step 5: Finishes & DetailingAll work is completed to spec, inspected, and finished to a professional standard, whether that's a single unit or an entire building's common area.
Step 6: Walk-Through & WarrantyWe review the completed work with you, address any final items, and provide post-project support so the building is left better than we found it.
